Sixteenth Bishop of Pennsylvania

The ordination and consecration of the Rev. Daniel G. P. Gutierrez as the sixteenth Bishop of the Diocese of Pennsylvania will take place on Saturday, July 16, at 11 a.m. at New Covenant Church, 7500 Germantown Avenue.  All are invited to attend.

Summer Sunday Schedule

In June:  we will continue to have two celebrations of the Holy Eucharist in the main church on Sundays, at 9 and 11 a.m.

From July 3 through September 4:  there will be one celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 10 a.m., in Furness Chapel.

Bible Study meetings are suspended from June 5 through September 4.

We resume our regular Sunday schedule on September 11.  See the Calendar of Events on the home page for up to date schedule information.

Cooking for Saint Gabriel’s

On Thursday, June 9, volunteers will meet at Saint Luke’s in the kitchen to cook meals intended for distribution at Saint Gabriel’s Episcopal Church in Olney.  We begin at 6 p.m. and continue until the work is done.  The meals will be served at Saint Gabriel’s on Saturday, June 11 at 10 a.m.  For more information, contact Paul Fontaine.
